Stocking Cake | For Christmas, make a stocking cake. Press a 3/4-inch layer of clay into the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan. Scoop out a portion in the center for the stocking. You can also form stocking-stuffer shapes at the top of the stocking or you can add those using icing or decorating clay. Spray the pan and clay with cooking spray, and add cake batter until the cake batter rises about 3/4-inch above the highest part of the clay. Bake until done, loosen the cake from the sides of the pan, and invert the pan. The stocking cake can be decorated using a star decorating tip.
